TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require access to an outside tap & a plug for our extension lead to carry out all types of work on your vehicle mobile.

If your vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood or other... additional charges will apply unless we have been told otherwise.

Please make us aware when booking if any of these are applicable.

Payment is to be made on completion of any job.

​

If your not a regular client, any booking over half a day will need a deposit of 25% of the booking.

​

Deposits are non refundable / non transferable.

​

Deposits differ due to packages or work needed.

​

Within 48 hours notice, we will gladly alter your booking, as long as it meets all other terms and conditions.

Due to the above terms, cancellations without the correct notice may result in a full booking charge being payable.

We're not insured to work on a road, we have to be off the main road on private or shared driveway. Please be aware of this before booking, other arrangements can be made where possible.
